I found them at a gun show a few months back and knew immediately that I had to have one so that I could hide a few guns in some great places, sorry, can't say where! They do a marvelous job, they hold the firearm very securely. We also have their new long gun fast holster that allows you to hold a shotgun or rifle, great for installing in your closet or up high out of reach of small hands. You can also use two regular strength Fast Holsters to hold a long gun.
The Fast Holster is overmolded in rubber so that your firearm is never marred. The magnets are rare-earth magnets, very strong and won't loose magnetism.
With your purchase, you get a choice of mounting hardware and mounting instructions, The auto version comes with rivets and velcro. The velcro is used to secure the firearm when you travel over bumps or in an accident. The home version comes with sheetrock screws and moly anchors to use in sheetrock. I recommend that you get at least one screw into a stud as it takes considerable force to remove the firearm from the magnetic holster. If you are putting this version underneath a table or nightstand, you should use shorter screws than provided.
